Emmanuel Ainoo has led Blue Financial Services Ghana Limited as Chief Executive Officer since 2016, championing a bold transformation agenda rooted in innovation, digitalization, and performance. A results-driven leader with over a decade of senior experience in multinational financial institutions, Emmanuel brings a rare blend of strategic insight, commercial expertise, and operational discipline.
Under his leadership, Blue Ghana has consistently recorded year-on-year growth of approximately 30% in shareholder value, delivering enhanced profitability and organizational resilience. His leadership style is grounded in purpose, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for unlocking
value through empowered teams, optimized systems, and customer-focused strategies.
Emmanuel holds an Executive MBA from Lancaster University (UK), is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA, UK), and has academic foundations in Science (BSc, KNUST) and Corporate Governance (IoD, Ghana). He is privileged to lead Blue Ghana into its next chapter of growth, driven by trust, technology, and transformation.
EBENEZER BENTIL
HEAD OF OPERATIONS AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Ebenezer Bentil oversees Operations and IT Systems at Blue Ghana, bringing to the role a high level of professionalism, governance expertise, and operational integrity. Prior to joining Blue, he served in a similar capacity at Metropolitan Insurance Company.
Known for his analytical depth and ethical leadership, Ebenezer is instrumental in strengthening internal controls, building resilient risk frameworks, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. His work helps safeguard the business while enabling seamless operations and digital integration.
Ebenezer holds a B.Ed. in Management from the University of Cape Coast, has completed an MSc in Accounting and Finance at KNUST, and is a certified Data Protection Supervisor. He is a member of the Institute of Directors (Ghana).
FELIX NYALEMEGBE
HEAD OF FINANCE
Felix Nyalemegbe leads the Finance Department at Blue Ghana with distinction, having joined the company in 2011 and risen through the ranks through consistent performance and dedication. With over 15 years of experience in finance across both commercial and financial services sectors, Felix plays a pivotal role in Blue Ghana’s value creation journey.
His expertise lies in financial analysis, budgeting, compliance, and policy development, providing strategic clarity and ensuring the company’s financial integrity across all levels of operations.
His efforts keep Blue aligned with both internal goals and external stakeholder expectations.
Felix is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), holds an Executive MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana, and earned his first degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Cape Coast.
NICODEMUS S. DERY
HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT
Nicodemus Dery brings over 32 years of extensive experience in internal audit and financial management to his role at Blue Ghana. As Internal Audit Manager, he leads assurance functions
that ensure the company’s operations remain aligned with regulatory standards and internal control best practices.
Before joining Blue in 2014, Nicodemus served in key roles across the public and financial sectors, including positions as Senior Accounting Officer and Assistant District Finance Officer. His deep understanding of governance and risk equips him to work closely with management in identifying and mitigating business risks.
Nicodemus is a Chartered Accountant (ICAG), holds an MBA in Finance (KNUST), and a BBA in Banking and Finance (Christian Service University). He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and Institute of Directors (Ghana).
JESSIE ADINKRAH ODURO KWARTENG
HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION
Jessie Kwarteng has been at the helm of Blue Ghana’s Human Resource and Administration Department since 2012, steering initiatives that shape culture, enhance employee experience, and align people practices with business priorities.
With a background in international HR management and experience at Santander Bank (UK), Jessie brings cross-cultural insight and a passion for talent development to her role. She is especially noted for driving employee engagement, compliance, and the successful implementation of HR systems and policies that foster productivity and organizational cohesion.
Jessie is an ACCPA Certified HR Management Professional. She holds an MA in International Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Ghana, Legon.
JOSEPHINE AMAKI AMARTEY-VONDEE
HEAD, RISK & COMPLIANCE
Josephine joined Blue Financial Services Ghana Limited in November 2024 and leads the Risk and Compliance function. She has over 12 years of experience in institutional risk management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Blue, she served as Head of Risk and Compliance at Metropolitan Pensions Trust Ghana Limited, where she oversaw internal controls, anti-money laundering (AML), data protection, and regulatory compliance within pension administration.
She holds a BA in Economics and Sociology and an MA in Economic Policy Management from the University of Ghana. Josephine is a certified Data Protection Supervisor and a member of the Global Risk Community and the CGIA Institute.
PRISCILLA BOAKYE AGYEMANG
HEAD OF SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Priscilla Boakye Agyemang serves as Head of Sales and Business Development
at Blue Financial Services, where she provides strategic leadership for the company’s loans and investment portfolio. She is an accomplished marketing and business development executive with over 13 years of experience spanning marketing, corporate communications, relationship management, digital marketing, customer service, and corporate reputation management.
Before joining Blue Financial Services, she spent 10 years with Best Point Savings and Loans, where she built extensive expertise in the financial services sector.
Priscilla holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), a Postgraduate Diploma in Communication Studies from the Ghana Institute of Journalism, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Linguistics from the University of Cape Coast.
She is also a full member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).
AMBROSE ATAKORAH OWUSU
HEAD OF MARKETING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ambrose Atakorah Owusu is the Head of Marketing and Customer Service at Blue Financial Services Ghana Limited, overseeing brand growth and service delivery. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, he is recognized for his expertise in brand positioning, digital strategy, and customer experience management.
His skills include creating communication and PR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring a professional service experience across all channels. He develops business using data analysis and market intelligence for customer acquisition and retention. Ambrose is navigating complex challenges with integrity and focus.
Before joining Blue Financial Services in January 2025, Ambrose held leadership roles at UMB Capital Ltd, FirstBanC Financial Services Ltd, and OmniBSIC. He has an MBA in Banking from Sikkim Manipal University and a B.A. (Hons) in Social Science from the University of Cape Coast, along with several certifications.
In addition to his professional work, Ambrose is an active community leader, serving as Chairman of the NTHC Prestige Estate and volunteering with the Agape New Testament Church. His mantra is “if it must be done, it must be done well.”
