How many branches do you have?
We have one branch in Accra and sales agents across Ghana to assist all customers.

No, we are a Finance House licensed to accept deposits and give out loans.

Yes, we are regulated by the Bank of Ghana.

We have 2 Investment Products:
a) Investment Box- starting from GHS 100.00
b) Investment Plus- starting from GHS 5000.00
Who is eligible to open an investment account with BFSGL?
Individuals, groups, and institutions can open an investment account
What requirements will I need?
a) Ghana Card
b) 1 Passport Picture
c) Investment Account Form
How do I make payment into my fixed deposit account?
You can make payment via Mobile
Money, using your GHQR code or deposit
at any Ghana Commercial Bank Branch of
your choosing.
What happens after I invest?
You will be issued with a receipt or investment certificate which states the investment amount and tenure. You will also receive monthly statements of your investment via email, text and WhatsApp.
Can I withdraw my money before it matures?
Yes, you can.
How do I get my money when it reaches maturity?
Your matured investment will be sent to
you via Mobile Money or Bank EFT.
Can I top-up my fixed deposit account?
Yes, you can when you have an I Box account.
Are you affected by government haircut?
No, we do not invest in government bond
and securities.
