IFINANCE MOBILE APP

   What is IFINANCE mobile App?

The IFINANCE App is a branch in your pocket for Blue customers. It provides secure and convenient access to BFSGL products and services.

  1. Do I have to buy the IFINANCE App?

No. It is completely free to download and install.

  1. Do I need to have an account with Blue Financial Services to sign up on to IFINANCE App?

Yes. The product is available to only existing and new customers of Blue Financial Services Ghana Ltd.

  1.  What can I do with IFINANCE mobile App?
  • View balances, account activity and statement.
  • Initiate application for loan and facility.
  • Open deposit account.
  • Send money to all Mobile money wallets in Ghana, send money to bank (accounts) in Ghana, load money to your Blue wallet, transfer money between Blue accounts and mobile wallets in Ghana.
  • Pay bills, pay for goods and services.
  • Top-up airtime for any mobile networks MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo and customize the app.
  • Make enquiries and file complaints.
  1. How much does it cost to use IFINANCE app?

No cost. There is no fee for using the app. Message and data usage fees may apply, check with your data or VoIP provider for more information.

  1. What devices work with IFINANCE mobile App?

Android™ and iPhone® devices with the following Operating Systems are supported:

  1. How do I download the IFINANCE mobile App?
  2. Visit App Store on your iPhone® and search for “IFINANCE mobile app” or
  3. Visit Google Play on your android™ phone and search for “IFINANCE mobile app”
  4. I’ve downloaded the IFINANCE app, how do I sign-in for the first time?
  • For existing Blue customers, on the login page enter your phone number, you’ll receive an OTP for authorization, create PIN then review and accept the Terms and Conditions to sign-in.
  • For new customers, click on the “Sign-up” link on the login page, enter your phone number and Ghana Card number. Review and confirm your personal details, confirm OTP, and accept the Terms and Conditions. Your registration will be approved within 24 hours.
  1. What if I don’t remember my PIN or having trouble logging in?

If you have forgotten your PIN, click on the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page of the mobile app. Please provide the information requested and click “Continue.” Once your information is verified, you will be able to create a new PIN.

  1. What if I become locked out of IFINANCE app?

  1. Can I use my IFINANCE App outside Ghana?

Yes, if your mobile carrier offers Internet service in the country you are visiting. Any additional charges from your carrier will apply (e.g., roaming, access, text charges, etc.)

  1.  I suspect that my PIN has been stolen or exposed to others?

If you suspect that your PIN has been stolen or exposed to others, please change your PIN immediately. Choose ‘Account & Profile’ in the app and change your PIN.

  1. What if I suspect there are unauthorized transactions on my account?

If you suspect unauthorized transactions have been performed on your account, please contact our Mobile Banking hotline on 0303-968898/0303-968196, providing details such as your name, account number, transaction type, date and time of transaction, description of error and amount involved.

If you suspect they are due to lost / stolen PIN, please call our mobile banking to terminate the password immediately.

You may want to take note of your last login date and time, which is indicated on the Personal Homepage.

  1. How do I find your office?

 You do not have to log in to view addresses or maps to our office locations or even to get our contact information. Simply open the App and use the “Location” or “Help” link on the main screen.

The Applicant

  • Completed loan form
  • Expected Amount: GHS 200 – GHS 15,000.00
  • Repayment Period: Maximum- 6 months
  • Post-dated Cheques / standing order at the bank
  • 3 Months Bank Statement-endorsed by bank
  • 3 months current payslips
  • Valid Ghana Card
  • 1 most recent passport picture

The Guarantor

  • Completed guarantor form
  • 1 most recent passport picture
  • Current payslips (3 months) and endorsed current bank statements (3 months)- (salary of guarantor should be equal to or more than applicant).

  1. What is your loan interest rate?
  • Our rates differ based on repayment duration.
  • Interest ranges from 2.62% -3.96% per month for term loans.
  • Interest ranges from 5% – 6% per month for emergency loans

  1. What is the maximum loan amount?

You can borrow from GHc200 up to GHc100, 000 depending on your salary.

  1. What is the longest loan repayment period?

You can repay your loan in 1-month, 3-months, or maximum of 72 months

  1. How long does it take to disburse a loan?

We will process and pay-out your loan in 24hrs or earlier, after receiving all documents. 

  1. How do I apply for my refund, if over deducted?

In the unlikely event that you are over deducted, please call 0303-968898/0303-968196 

  1. How do I know my settlement balance?

Please call our Customer Service on 0303-968898 for your balance.

  1. When do I qualify for a top up loan?

After meeting at least three months instalments and has affordability.
