Business Development Officer

2. Job Purpose

Responsible for building sales opportunities and forming connections with clients with the aim of increasing customer acquisitions to achieve revenue goals.

3. Reporting Structure
   • Job Level: Entry Level
   • Reports To: Team Lead: Business Development

4. Minimum Requirements
   • HND / Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Customer Service Management/Sales or a related field.
   • At least 3 years of experience in Business Development/Direct Sales/Customer Service or a similar role.
   • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques.
   • Strong understanding of company products.

6. Job Requirements
   • Identify and research opportunities in new and existing markets.
   • Effectively implement sales strategies to achieve agreed
   • Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing the deal.
   • Understand the business’ products and services and be able to promote them to prospective customers.
   • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
   • Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
   • Run outbound campaigns (field visits, phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
   • Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
   • Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and new clients.
