What loan products are available?
  • Emergency Loans: 30, 60, or 90 days
  • Term Loans: 1–72 months (up to 6 years)
What are the loan application requirements?

Term Loans:

  • Valid ID (Voter’s, Driver’s License, Passport, or NIA)
  • Bank document (cheque leaf or statement)
  • Two passport photos
  • Latest payslip
  • Proof of address
  • Head of Department endorsement
  • CAGD Mandate and Authority Note (where applicable)

Emergency Loans:

  • Loan range: GHS 200 – GHS 15,000
  • Repayment: Maximum 90 days
  • Postdated cheques
  • 3 months’ bank statement
  • Latest payslip
What are your interest rates?

2.62% – 3.96% monthly, depending on tenure.

What is the maximum loan amount?

Up to GHS 200,000.00 based on salary.

What is the maximum repayment period?

Up to 72 months.

How long does loan disbursement take?

Within 24 hours of receiving all required documents.

How do I apply for a refund if over-deducted?
