- Government workers paid through the Controller & Accountant-General
- Ghana Armed Forces personnel
- Ghana Police Service personnel
- Employees of companies partnered with Blue
What loan products are available?
- CashXpress Loans: 3 months – 1 year
- Term Loans: 1–60 months (up to 5 years)
What are the loan application requirements?
Term Loans:
- Valid ID (Voter’s, Driver’s License, Passport, or NIA)
- Bank document (cheque leaf or statement)
- Two passport photos
- Latest payslip
- Proof of address
- Head of Department endorsement
- CAGD Mandate and Authority Note (where applicable)
CashXpress Loans:
- Loan range: GHS 1,000 – GHS 300,000
- Repayment: 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 180 days and 365 days
- Postdated cheques required for applicable tenor
- 6 months’ bank statement
- Latest payslip
