Mr. Obeng-Koranteng is a financial consultant and chairman of the Board of Directors. His successful career comprises over 24years banking experience with recognized specialty in treasury management and corporate governance. Best described as astute Banker, he worked in management positions with banks including Standard Chartered Bank, Societe General and Fidelity Bank Gh. Ltd. He is credited with successfully setting up the treasury departments at the Fidelity Bank and Standard Chartered Bank and signed the first Foreign Exchange Forward Contract in Ghana between the Standard Chartered Bank and Ashanti Gold Fields. He is passionate in matters concerning risk mitigation and compliance to rules and regulations. Mr. Koranteng is also a director on the Board of Yara Ghana where he previously served as the Head of Finance and Administration and a Consultant.

Emmanuel is the MD/CEO and leads the executive management team. He is a transformational leader with strategic and commercial acumen exemplified by records of impressive results. Wielding over a decade experience in senior management roles with multi-national financial institutions, he is exposed to multi-cultural corporate milieu and strategies. Demonstrating ability to inspire teams, stabilize operations, identify revenue opportunities, and optimize costs and processes, Emmanuel has led the transformation of Blue Ghana since 2016 and positioned it on a resilient and profitable trajectory, driving shareholder value growth by circa 30% year-on-year. Emmanuel’s leadership and strategic aptitudes, dexterity in financial and data analysis, dispositions for empirical reasoning and decision making, keenness for compliance, among others, accrue from practice and formal trainings in business and management (EMBA, Lancaster University, UK), accountancy and finance (ACCA qualified, UK), science (BSc, KNUST) and corporate governance (Dip., Cert., IOD, Ghana).

Mr. Nipah is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a pastor by calling. He is the Managing Partner of John Nipah & Associates, Chartered Accountants and chairman of the Audit sub-committee of the Board of Directors. He holds MBA and memberships of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Institute of Internal Auditors and Chartered Institute of Taxation. He has broad experience in both professional accounting practice and industry with profound knowledge in audit and assurance and financial systems design and implementation gained through administering assorted high positions including the Finance and Admin. Manager for Compassion International Ghana, Group Financial Accountant for Unilever Ghana Ltd, Country Finance Manager for DHL and Audit Senior with Deloitte & Touche. He is passionate about contributing effectively towards developing society and corporations through good corporate governance.

Ms. Crankson is a seasoned banker with industry experience spanning over 20years. She is the Chairperson of the Risk sub-committee of the Board of Directors. A chartered banker (ACIB,Gh.), she has proven expertise in bank branch management, overseeing financial reporting and growing branch revenue. Ms. Crankson held management positions at SG-SSB bank and NDK financial services and has established forte in customer relationship management, business development and communication skills. She successfully set up the first branch of NDK with a team of twenty and recorded sterling growth in deposit mobilization from GHC3 billion to over GHC5 billion over three (3) years.

Mr. Asiedu is a Technical Manager and Engineer with over 20 years broad experience in finance, project management and development, civil engineering, building construction and electrical and mechanical systems. He holds MBA (Finance) and BSc in Civil Engineering and is a member of the Ghana Institute of Engineers and Project Management Institute. He is analytical with the ability to understand commercial implications of business decisions and interpretate financial and management information.
